North Georgia Canopy Tours™ Cancellation Policy
We have a 14-day cancellation policy for Canopy Tours and Camping. If you cancel your reservation outside 14 days prior to your arrival date, your payment, less a $20 per teepee ($5 per campsite) and/or a $20 per person Canopy Tour participant administration fee, will be refunded to you. If you need to change your reservation date or time, you may do so one time, outside the 14 days prior to your original reservation, at no charge. No refunds or reschedules will be given with less than 14 days notice. Your reservation is transferable, so you can give it away or sell it if you choose.
If you arrive for your Canopy Tour reservation, and cannot complete the course due to fear, we will give you a rain check. This rain check will be good for you only, for use one time, within the current season. We encourage you to try again.
If you arrive for your reservation and do not meet the weight guideline at check-in, we will give you a rain check. This rain check will be good for you only, for use one time, within the current season. We encourage you to come visit again after having time to meet the guideline.
If we cancel your Canopy Tour due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, we will reschedule your Canopy Tour for another available time, or give you a refund - your choice.
If you are late, you will not receive a refund or be able to join your Canopy Tour. Your Canopy Tour participants and guide will leave as scheduled whether you are there or not. You are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to your reserved Tour time.
